FWGBD Membership Benefits

Becoming a member demonstrates your commitment to advancing knowledge, increasing engagement and inspiring action so women and girls with blood disorders receive comprehensive, informed care. Your membership provides year-long benefits such as discounts and early notification of our educational programs and grants while providing FWGBD with critical support. 

All Members* Receive

*Membership fees are due on an annual rolling basis. Your membership will expire one calendar year after joining except for the Lifetime Membership, which is a one-time donation. LAN membership is limited to healthcare professionals that are not members of industry and certain requirements do apply.)

Core Membership*

$75: Core Membership  You are eligible to apply for Core Membership if you reside in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

$50: International Core Membership  You are eligible to apply for International Core Membership if you reside outside of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.


HTRS (Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society) and FWGBD Joint Memberships!

$180: Joint Core Membership
You are eligible if you are an MD / DO / PhD after completion of accredited training/fellowship program (i.e., Lecturer, Instructor, all levels of Professor) desiring a reduced one-year membership fee for HTRS and for the Foundation for Women and Girls with Blood Disorders (FWGBD).

$88: Joint Associate Membership
Nurses / Pharmacists / Physician Assistants / Laboratory Technologists / Other Allied Healthcare Professionals desiring a reduced one year membership fee for HTRS and for the Foundation for Women and Girls with Blood Disorders (FWGBD).


Graduate and Medical Student, Resident and Fellow Membership 

Free while actively enrolled; proof of enrollment will be required.

$0: US Graduate and Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow Membership  You are eligible to apply for Graduate and Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow Membership if you reside in the United States, Canada or Mexico.

$0: International Graduate and Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow Membership  You are eligible to apply for International Graduate and Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow Membership if you reside outside of Canada, Mexico, or the United States.


Lifetime Membership 

$2500 US: This membership begins at $2500.


Honorary Membership 

Members are eligible for this membership while serving as an FWGBD Board Member, MAC member, LAN Chair or LAN Subcommittee Chair. Registration is still required
