7-2-1 Podcast

FWGBD brings you an educational resource, 7-2-1: All you need to know about periods, a conversation-style podcast that answers the most pressing questions about periods and heavy menstrual bleeding.

7-2-1 Refers to the signs of a heavy period:

  • 7 – cycles lasting longer than 7 days
  • 2 – changing a pad/tampon every 2 hours or less
  • 1 – passing blood clots more than 1 inch or a quarter in size

Our goal is simple.

We aim to find the right expert(s) to answer the questions on the minds of our listeners. And in doing so, we hope to increase awareness, offer key information, and spark greater discussion between providers and their patients.
