Hotel We will be hosting our 4th biennial conference at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. The room block for FWGBD 2026 is currently full at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Registrants will receive additional information for rooms at nearby hotels in the confirmation email.
Getting There The “most centrally located hotel in Boston” has many ways to arrive! Below are a few options: – Airport: Boston Logan International Airport – Subway: Boston Park Plaza Hotel is near two T stops: > Arlington Street Station (Green Line) – 1 block > Back Bay Station (Orange Line) – 3 blocks – By car: save on parking and take a taxi/rideshare app – Park: drive into the city and park. Like our previous national programs, FWGBD 2026 will host several educational plenaries, several engaging workshops, and creative opportunities to connect with conference attendees. This conference will once again feature the FWGBD Knowledge (Exhibit) Center. This Center is an immersive learning center hub designed to maximize visibility and engage conversations by incorporating companies dedicated to delivering products and services to the FWGBD community with conference breaks taking place in the center, a “Continue the Conversation” area for informational conversations with conference speakers, and informal conversation areas throughout the center for colleagues to meet, share their work and form meaningful collaborations. The FWGBD Knowledge Center will also host our Friday evening Welcome Reception for all attendees. It will be the place for conversation, sharing, and the making of meaningful connections throughout the meeting.
