Support for the Sickle Cell Disease Comprehensive Care Act

It is the responsibility of FWGBD to share our steadfast support of the Sickle Cell Disease Comprehensive Care Act to be included in any year-end legislative package, as outlined in S. 3389/ H.R. 6216. FWGBD is among one of 50 groups signing this letter, which reinstates the need to authorize CMS to develop a demonstration program for Medicaid beneficiaries to improve access to comprehensive outpatient care for individuals with SCD.
