New Animation from FWGBD – HMB for Clinicians

This animation is part of FWGBD’s Learning Module: Clinical Strategies for Managing Heavy Menstrual Bleeding. Designed to expand on the previously developed Period Talk Toolkit, the intent of this animation is to enhance provider understanding of HMB and its connection to bleeding disorders. In five minutes, this animation highlights key aspects of care, including signs and symptoms, diagnostic questions to ask patients, an introduction to screening tools and diagnostic tests, and recommended next steps. It is one of several educational tools available at FWGBD.org to support clinical decision-making and improve outcomes for women and girls with blood disorders.
