Join us at our biennial educational conference for healthcare professionals dedicated to the care of women and girls+ with blood disorders. The goal is to increase awareness, enhance knowledge, foster the next generation of healthcare providers, and support collaboration across disciplines. Our innovative approach and supportive network of dedicated professionals will all come together at the FWGBD 2024 conference.
Like our second national meeting held in 2022, our program will host several educational plenaries, several engaging workshops, and creative opportunities to connect with conference attendees. Multiple sponsorship and marketing opportunities are available for your organization to reach 300+ healthcare professionals on the front line of care for women and girls with blood disorders.
This conference will once again feature the FWGBD Knowledge (Exhibit) Center. This Center is an immersive learning center hub designed to maximize visibility and engage conversations by incorporating companies dedicated to delivering products and services to the FWGBD community with conference breaks taking place in the center, a “Continue the Conversation” area for informational conversations with conference speakers, and informal conversation areas throughout the center for colleagues to meet, share their work and form meaningful collaborations. The FWGBD Knowledge Center will also be the location of our Friday evening Welcome Reception for all attendees, and will be the place for conversation, sharing and meaningful connections are made throughout the meeting.
While several creative sponsorship opportunities will be available, we will also be offering general corporate sponsorship levels again, which include:
- Gold: $30,000
- Silver: $25,000
- Bronze: $15,000
- Investor: $5,000
Symposium Sponsor
There will be opportunities for industry to sponsor either a Saturday Evening Symposium on September 14, 2024, or a Sunday Breakfast Satellite Symposium offering on Sunday, September 15, 2024. These may offer CME/CEUs or be non-CME. The cost is $25,000 which is for an inclusive time slot for one company. Exhibitor
Exhibit-only opportunities will be offered, with different rates available for both corporate partners and non-profit partners.
The FWGBD 2024 Conference Co-Chairs are Maureen Baldwin, MD, MPH, of Oregon Health and Science University, and Eric Mullins, MD, of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Other Planning Committee Members include expert faculty across multiple disciplines, including hematology, gynecology, nursing, and social work, who work with adult and pediatric populations. Invitations are currently underway. Please come back soon for an update with our expert faculty who will guide and develop a program to support the care of women and girls with blood disorders.
