This article summarizes existing guidelines from various international organizations on diagnosing and managing women with bleeding disorders. Included are evaluation and management of the women with abnormal reproductive tract bleeding and management of pregnancy and childbirth in a woman with a bleeding disorder. There is a large degree of consensus on many issues in managing women with bleeding disorders.
