GUEST ROOM PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Full payment for a guest room, tax, and incidental charges are the responsibility of individual attendees. Please present your credit card upon check-in for payment of all related room charges incurred during check-out.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guest arrivals prior to 3:00 PM will be accommodated based upon availability. Please see the Hotel’s Bell Captain to make arrangements to check baggage for early arrivals and while attending functions on departure day.
The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is offering attendees one complimentary basic guest room WIFI connection. The hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center, three dining outlets, and in-room dining.
The hotel provides valet parking at a rate of $45 USD per day.
The local airport is Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) located approximately 1 mile from the conference hotel. Though Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to the conference hotel, Dulles International Airport (IAD) is approximately 28 miles from the conference hotel and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is approximately 35 miles from the conference hotel. These airports may offer direct service or lower-cost flight options from your city, particularly if you are traveling cross-country.
Enjoy the courtesy Hyatt Airport Shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). Pickup location is between door 2 and door 3 on the upper level at Terminal B. Hotel departure from the front drive is every 20 minutes on the hour from 4:40 AM – 12:40 AM, seven days a week. Times subject to change.

Enjoy the courtesy Hyatt Metro Shuttle to and from the Crystal City Metro Station (Yellow and Blue Lines). Hotel departure from the front drive is every 30 minutes on the hour from 6:00 AM to midnight Monday thru Friday, and 7:00 AM to midnight Saturday and Sunday. Times subject to change.
When traveling to the hotel via Metro, once you are at the top of the escalators turn left and walk toward 18th Street. The shuttle will pick up passengers underneath the overpass at the Hotel Shuttle Sign.
